How to eat well with a busy schedule

Having a busy schedule and eating healthy seems almost impossible. Balancing a busy and demanding schedule with healthy eating habit is also quite hard to maintain. Here are a  few to tips to help you begin and maintain a healthy eating habit:

1.Cook your meal ahead of time.

One of the best things you can do is to prepare meals for the next day or the whole of the weak the day before. You can achieve this by preparing meals for the week during the weekends. Buy plastic containers where you can put your food and store in your freezer. All you need to do is pick one bowl of food on your way to work each morning.
